Artistenkind by Dragana Andjelković acts with art and other initiatives for a more contemporary urban and rural life. To act more for our environment, to reunite with nature and bring our origin back to life in a contemporary way. For a contemporary way of thinking, acting and living. Artistenkind is the German word for acrobat child and stands for balance, action and change.
Dragana Andjelković´s works and initiatives are defined by a contemporary life in a relationship with nature and the environment. Since her youth, she has been taking šnapshots of impressive and incidental discoveries that she constantly sees in her life. She combines her rural background with her urban life and imagines a symbiosis of both, with more nature protection in a contemporary way. Having grown up with three languages, she feels and conveys an international mindset and attitude.
With yoga she connects daily with her naturalness. She did the training as a yoga teacher in India in the Himalayas and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
For many years, she was a creative for new ideas and innovations in different areas. She focused on trend- and future research, and the megatrends such as neo-ecology and new urbanization, also locally in Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, India, Finland and Iceland.
She is founder of Artistenkind for a more contemporary urban and rural life. She is publishing founder of šnapshots art books for more climate action. Her two new books and next exhibitions, Water Life and Clothes Line Life, are from her time in Venice. Her next art book Wild Urban Plants will be published in 2023.
Artistenkind von Dragana Andjelković setzt sich mit Kunst und anderen Initiativen für ein zeitgemäßeres urbanes und rurales Leben ein. Mehr für unsere Umwelt zu tun, sich wieder mit der Natur zu vereinen und unseren Ursprung auf eine zeitgemäße Art wieder zum Leben zu erwecken. Für eine zeitgemäße Art zu denken, zu handeln und zu leben. Das Artistenkind steht für Balance, Aktion und Veränderung.
Die Werke und Initiativen von Dragana Andjelković sind geprägt von einem zeitgemäßen Leben in einer Beziehung zu Natur und Umwelt. Seit ihrer Jugend macht sie šnapshots von beeindruckenden und nebensächlichen Entdeckungen, die sie in ihrem Leben ständig sieht. Sie verbindet ihren ruralen Hintergrund mit ihrem urbanem Leben und stellt sich eine Symbiose aus beidem vor, mit mehr Naturschutz auf eine zeitgemäße Art. Sie ist mit drei Sprachen aufgewachsen, fühlt und vermittelt eine internationale Denkweise und Haltung.
